Terms and Conditions for Online Credit Card Payments

All payments to the Royal Lymington Yacht Club Limited using the online credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions.

1. Royal Lymington Yacht Club Limited accepts the following cards:
      • Maestro
      • Switch
      • MasterCard
      • Visa

2. Royal Lymington Yacht Club Limited does not accept:
      • American Express
      • Diners Club

3. When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in GB pounds sterling.

4. Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment in the Royal Lymington Yacht Club's records.

5. Payments are debited to Royal Lymington Yacht Club Limited.

6. Credit card payments are secure:

• Payments will be processed directly though SAGE PAY using Barclays Merchant Services e-Commerce with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
• Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
  Royal Lymington Yacht Club Limited does not have access to your credit card details.

7. Confirmation:

• If successful, the Royal Lymington Yacht Club Limited will confirm that your payment was completed.
• If unsuccessful, the Royal Lymington Yacht Club Limited will advise that your payment has failed. Royal Lymington Yacht Club Limited will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.
• If your payment fails, please use contact the Royal Lymington Yacht Club Limited to arrange an alternative payment method promptly.

8.  All information you provide on the credit card payment facility forms will be handled in accordance with the Royal Lymington Yacht Club Limited data protection policy.

9. Royal Lymington Yacht Club Limited's Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.

Delivery, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Membership subscriptions can not be cancelled or refunded

Regalia products can not be returned due to customisation of items.
