Runner-up at Laser Worlds

A superb performance from Nick Thompson at Hayling saw him achieve 2nd spot to Tom Slingsby at the Laser Standard Worlds last week, despite a rare capsize in the final race, to beat arch rival Paul Goodison into 9th place.  Congratulations, Nick!   results

Cadet National Champion

Yet another Member to join our list of National Champions this year!  Andrew Smith celebrated his 16th birthday by winning the 10 race series from the 65 strong Gold and Silver fleets at Stone SC by a single point.  See more details at www.cadetclass.org.uk/news

420 National Champion

Phil Sparks, with crew Ben Gratton, won the 2010 420 National Championships at Brightlingsea from a fleet of 57 boats.  No fewer than 9 other Members took part in the event.  RACING SUCCESS - 420 Nationals

Laser Standard National Champion, Radial and 4.7 Successes

Greg Carey is the 2010 Laser Standard National Champion, winning 8 of the 9 races series at Mounts Bay, while Robbie Urwin claims 3rd Youth Radial among a clutch of great results from other young Members.  RACING SUCCESS - Laser Nationals

Firefly National Champions

Ben & Jenny Vines have claimed the title of Firefly National Champions after 6 days of racing in Tenby.

Cowes Week Successes

Members have again achieved creditable results at Cowes Week, with 1 Class winner, 3 Class runners-up and 1 runner-up in the under 25s.  For detail, see Congratulations - Cowes Week 2010 Results

Round Britain and Ireland Race

All boats have now finished the final  leg from Lowestoft to Plymouth , Royal Lymington boats were 1st in class in IRC 1 and IRC 2! Congratulation to all our members taking part,  for the full story click here.
