Additional Competitor info:
- Any road trailers, please put where directed (most likely the Fishing club ) No dinghy or RIB road trailers to be left in the car park or Balance Pond.
- Cadets and Laser 4.7 only please place in Balance Pond ( to right of slipway ) please leave space for others arriving after you.
- 420s and Laser Radials in carpark - fenced off area next to RNLI building and Mayflower Pub.
- Launching trolleys - pair up and ensure one of you places the launching trolley off the slipway at the top to right in the designated area....the harbour master gets very twitchy if they are left on slipway and blocking the lifeboat launching.
- Ferries - they have right of way at all times - keep to the edge of river out of the channel and respond to directions from coach/safety rib!
- Club facilities - essentially, if wet, stay downstairs; dry upstairs. Lecture rooms are the Sail loft downstairs which can divide into 2 rooms with smaller area - Slipway lounge. Some refreshments will be available downstairs, bacon butties from the forecourt downstairs.
- Hot drinks at coffee bar in River room. Bar and dining facilities upstairs for lunch and evenings.
- Please keep sail bags in changing rooms
- Disclaimers and adult helper forms - if you are going out on the water for a Club organised event or training, we need all Junior members/Youth to have a signed disclaimer form ( on the entry form). Adult helpers going out on water - please complete a form too. These are available to download.
