Booking events at the Club

The details for each event include the booking arrangements.

Event Evenings:

Email or telephone the office 01590 672677

If tickets are still available, they will charge them to your Club Card.
If your card balance is too low, the Office will contact you to arrange a top up or you may top up via the Members area of this website. If the event is full, you will be notified by e-mail. Alternatively, telephone

Book with the Restaurant

For non-event evenings, please reserve a table with Mark, particularly if you wish to dine on a Friday or Saturday, to avoid disappointment.

Lectures, Movie Nights, Quiz and Bridge evenings

Add your name to a list on the Club notice board, which is usually posted three weeks in advance. If you can’t come in to the Club personally to book, but would like to attend an event, please e-mail the Office.

There is a variety of catering on offer for these nights.

Movie Nights usually have one main good value course with the option of pre-ordering an alternative.

On lecture evenings a limited menu is available, usually comprising 3 or 4 main courses and a variety of puddings. If you sign up, but subsequently find you cannot attend, again please remove your name from the list or tell the Office staff.

Payments

If, subsequently, you cannot attend an event, a refund can be made to your Club card if you give a minimum of 24hrs notice (one week for Christmas Party Buffet, Turkey Dinner, New Year's Eve Party and New Year's Day Brunch), unless the Office can re-sell the tickets to someone on a waiting list (which of course cannot be guaranteed).
